True leaders aren't born, they're made. Jaycees are provided with leadership learning opportunities through hands-on experiences serving local, state, national, and international levels on everything from community projects to guiding Junior Chamber International.

It's often who you know that matters in life and Jaycees are people who are connected. To business leaders, creative entrepreneurs, and elected officials not just locally, but statewide, nationwide, and worldwide.

Community Service

Volunteers are members of the community who freely give a their time help a charity or club in their area in the general activities that they are doing to help them improve civic life. Here are only a few ways in which you can become a more active citizen!

About the Jaycees

Since 1920, the Junior Chamber has been exploding into the lives of young people between the ages of 21-39 and giving them the spark they need to better themselves through serving in their communities. As a result, Jaycees have been making a difference across the nation for the past seven decades. Now, the focus is on rekindling the flames of volunteerism in America starting with people just like you. What do you stand to gain by joining?
